sunset

Another sunset shot from Main Street from two days ago. No, we weren't able to see the "big show" by the moon. It was way too cloudy. :(

Bummer you couldn't see it in person. We had super clear sky's, but it was bitter cold. I went outside twice for about five minutes each to take photos. My kids however thought it was the neatest thing they had seen. It was their first lunar eclipse at ages 9 and 7.

That's a very interesting shot, like the dark building against that blue sky.

Moon and shadows - that's a pretty shot.

Sorry you didn't get to see the eclipse. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to see it, but the clouds moved just in time.

Nice photo. I like the colors of your post yesterday.

I got the book back today. Thanks. I will give to my sister as soon as it isn't snowing so bad out. She lives about an hour away from me.

Great photo...including the moon! I can never seem to get the moon to show up in my photos. It was too cloudy for viewing the eclipse here, too. Dusty Lens has some great photos of it.

    Have a great weekend!

Neat photo. I didn't get any photos of the eclipse, but we could see it very clearly from our windows here on the fourth floor. My son Leland called to remind us to take a look. I called my aunt and my brother in Mississippi to find out if they could see it--she could, south of Jackson; he couldn't, north of Jackson where it was cloudy, too.
